When will I be invoiced?

The clinic is billed every six months for the number of seats it has at the current time.

  • If you invite a new user, you will receive a new invoice for the difference in the following month.

  • If you deactivate a user, the amount will be credited on your next invoice.

Can I receive monthly or annual invoices instead of semi-annual?

Yes. Contact support, and we can arrange that for you.

Can I get the invoice sent to a different email address?

Yes, just send a message to support, and we will send a copy to the email address you prefer.

Can I pay by card instead of by invoice?

Not at the moment, unfortunately. But our plan is to implement this in the upcoming months.

When I invite a user, do I have to pay for the entire current month?

No. We don't invoice based on the calendar month but rather on the number of days the user is active.

Example: You invite "Anne" on April 17th to the clinic. She accepts the invitation and creates a user on April 21st. Her user is active for ten days, from April 21st to April 30th. Since her user has been active for 10 out of 30 days in April, the price for her is one-third of the other users.

What happens when I invite a new therapist to the clinic?

You will be billed for the user from the day they accept the invitation. You will receive an invoice for the difference from us the following month.

Do I have to pay for users who are not therapists?

Yes, the price is per user you invite, not per therapist. So, if you have a receptionist in Konfidens, the regular price applies to that user as well.

Do I have to pay for deactivated users?

No. When you deactivate a user, the number of seats used at the clinic decreases from the day you perform the action.

Example: If you deactivate a user on April 16th, you will only pay half of the monthly price for that user (from April 1st to April 15th). The user will not incur any costs the following month.

Why do you invoice per day instead of per month?

By calculating the price per day instead of per month, we can invoice based on the number of days users are active. We believe this approach makes the invoice more fair and simplifies our billing process.

Example: Suppose you have a clinic with three people. On March 27th, you invite a fourth person. The invoice for the month of March will then include 2 lines:

  • 26 days x 3 users

  • 5 days x 4 users

A total of 98 days of usage. If the intended annual price is 365kr (monthly price 30.42), the sum would be 98 kroner.

Can prices change?

We have no immediate plans to change prices, but we may need to adjust them in the future. If we implement a price change, clinic administrators will receive notice three months in advance.

Who do I make payments to?

Konfidens is a Norwegian company that provides software solutions designed for Norwegian psychologists. In the Norwegian Business Register, we are registered as MINDCARE AS with organization number 925 239 070 and address Rathkes gate 5B, 0558 Oslo. The company was founded in 2020 and is currently composed of a dedicated team striving to simplify the work of psychologists ❤️

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, go to clinic settings or send us an email at [email protected]. We would greatly appreciate it if you could tell us the reason for your cancellation and how we could have retained you as a user.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade your subscription in the clinic settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

How do I add or remove additional services?

To add or remove services from your account, please refer to clinic settings or contact us at [email protected].

I'm part of two different clinics, do I have to pay for both?

Your account for one clinic is independent of the other. If you plan to use both clinics, you will need to pay a monthly fee for each. If you do not plan to use one of the clinics, you do not need to pay for it. Simply switch to the active clinic using the profile button in the upper-left corner.
