Solving problems with login to Konfidens

Who is this article for?

This article helps clinic administrator and therapists logging in to Konfidens.


If you are a client, you should log into booking.konfidens.uk.

Entering your phone number

  1. Enter your phone number



If you have a phone number from a different country than UK, you should prefix your phone number with your country code, for instance +47 4123 4123

Entering a one time SMS code


Enter the one time code sent to your phone number.

Not receiving any SMS code?

If you do not receive a code, please consider the following reasons:

  1. Verify that the phone number (marked in blue) is your phone number. If it's not, press Go back and enter the correct phone number.

  2. Have you previously registered with this phone number? Unregistered phone numbers do not receive a text message. If you haven't registered previously, press the Register user text below.

  3. If neither 1) or 2) applies, click the blue "Not receiving code?" text on top. If you're logging in from a known device, you will here be able to send the code via email.

Enter a password

This step only applies to users who have set a password. We recommend setting password for security reasons. This can be done in your Security settings.

After having provided the one time code, you may be asked for a password. If so, provide the password in order to log in.

Don't know your password?


If you are unable to provide the password for your account, press the Forgot your password? button. This will send a link for resetting your password to the email which was registered along with your phone number.


Still unable to log in?

Call us or send us an email from your registered email address, and we'll call you up to help you log in
