When you are setting up our payment solutions our bank partner needs to verify that you control your payout bank account. This can either be done through their instant verification system, or a manual verification.
If your bank account is not showing up in the list of bank accounts you should chose the manual verification. You then need to upload a document from your bank that confirms you own the account. We strongly recommend using a recent bank statement.
This verification usually takes 1-3 days. If all the other steps of your onboarding is completed you can start taking payments while this verification is ongoing. Payout will be delayed until your account is verified.
