Change Account Number

Every now and then, there is a need to update the account number the clinic wishes to receive payments to. In short, there are two to three things you need to do:

Delete Old Account Number

Go to https://app.konfidens.uk/clinic/payment/update. This will take you to the same form you filled out when you originally set up the payment solution.

  • Find the section Let us know the bank account you use to send or receive funds. Delete the old account by clicking on the trash can.

  • Click on Add to set up a new account.

Add New Account Number

There are two ways to add an account number:

  1. Instant Verification

  2. Upload Bank Statement

We recommend everyone to try option 1 first, as it requires significantly less work. If for some reason this option does not work or the option does not appear, choose option 2.

Option 1: Verify via Mobile Bank App or Website

  • Select the desired bank from the list. You can use the search field if you wish.

  • Log in by following the instructions on the screen. Enter your personal identification number and then log in with BankID.

  • Select an account number. After logging in, all your accounts in the bank will be listed. Choose the account you wish to use going forward.

Option 2: Upload a Bank Statement

  • Account Number: Only provide the last 7 digits of the account number.

  • Bank Code: Provide the first 4 digits of the account number.

  • Select document type and upload document. We recommend most people to choose bank statement.
