Here's how you update your Konfidens subscription

If you want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, this is handled by our support team.

How to request a change

  1. Send an email to [email protected]

  2. Include:

    • Your clinic or account name

    • The subscription tier you want to switch to

We will process the change and confirm once it has been completed.

Important information

  • Changes are applied from the date the subscription is updated.

  • Any pricing adjustments will be reflected on your next invoice.

  • If you are unsure which tier fits your needs, include a short description of your use case in your email.
