Konfidens allows you to customize the content of the automated emails. You can change the text and also add your own branding to give clients a cohesive and professional experience.
You must be an administrator with a paid subscription to follow the steps in this guide.
Add Clinic Logo and Sender Name
Go to Clinic → Email Templates and click Customize.
Enter a sender name. This is what will appear in the client’s inbox.
Choose whether to include a top line with sender, logo, or both.
Edit Default Templates
Konfidens allows you to edit the default templates and create custom templates for specific services. If no specific template is created for a service, the default template will be used.
Go to Clinic → Email Templates and click the template you want to edit.
Edit the content in the left window and see a preview of the results in the right window.
Insert Variables
You can insert variables into the email by typing @ or by clicking the three dots in the menu bar and then the lightning icon. This lets you merge the clinic name, selected practitioner, or client name into the email.
Mandatory Content Block
You will notice a grey box labelled Mandatory content. This marks where the system inserts information about the specific appointment, links, and cancellation terms. You can drag and drop this box to position that information where you want it to appear in the email.
Change Subject Line
To edit the subject line, click the small pencil icon next to the subject in the preview.
Create Service-Specific Templates
If any services require specific information, you can create custom templates for those services.
Click New Service Email at the bottom of the page.
Select the service the template is for.
Choose which template to customize.
Click Create and edit the template as described above.
