Do you wish to accept payment from a client using bank transfer? Then this guide is for you

Following this article requires your clinic to have set up payments.

When adding a payment, you have the option to select 3 different invoicing methods:

  1. Automatic: Use automatic when you want Konfidens to automatically create the invoice, and send it to the client. They will also receive a payment link where they can pay for the invoice.

  2. Manual: If you want Konfidens to create the invoice, but decide later how to receive payments, select Manual. This is the

  3. External: Konfidens will not create an invoice. If you intend to create an invoice in your accounting software or other service, select this.

Invoicing with bank transfer

  1. Select Payment process: Manual


  2. When you're ready to invoice, view the appointment details in your calendar and select View Invoice.


  3. If the Invoice is a draft, klikk Finalize Invoice



    4. Click the menu on the right hand side, and select Print.

5. Send the invoice to the client. After the payment is registered, click Register Payment and select Bank Transfer, and the date it has been paid.

Congratulations, the invoice is now marked as Paid!
