Who is this article for?
This article is for clinic admins who want to modify a service, for example its name or price.
How to edit a service
Go to Clinic → Services.
Click the relevant service.
Update the fields you want to change.
Click Save.
If you use online booking, the changes will appear there immediately.
⚠️ Changes Do Not Affect Existing Appointments
Most changes made in this interface do not affect appointments that have already been created.
If needed, existing appointments must be edited manually afterward.
Schedule Changes
There is currently no support for scheduling a new price (or similar change) to take effect from a specific date. You must update the service at the moment you want the price to change. The update will only apply to appointments booked after the change has been made.
