This article is for clinic administrators that wants to change the role of a colleague.

In Konfidens, there's 4 different roles a coworker can have.

  • Practitioner: Can see, view, write general + medical data, book and update clients that are assigned to them. This is the common role for most coworkers in a clinic.

  • Back Office: Have all features of Practitioner, but can also manage appointments and invoices of all other practitioners in the office. They can also read non-medical notes and data for these clients. Typical role for receptionists or accountants.

  • Manager: Have all the access of Back Office, but can also make settings that affect invoicing, integrations and online booking. Depending on Administrative Responsibility setting, they may also read all client medical notes and data.

  • Clinic Owner: Have same access as Manager, but can also transfer clinic ownership to another Manager coworker. The user that created the clinic initially, automatically becomes its owner.

There is no price difference between roles
All roles incur a cost of 1 seat, regardless of their role. Coworkers may only have 1 role.
