The Konfidens video call feature allows for up to 4 simultaneous participants (including the host). By default, when creating a video call appointment, only the client will receive an invite.
In this guide, we'll go through two different ways to invite multiple guests.
1) Share the unique URL with the other participants
We recommend this option if other people should join a call once in a while.
Click the appointment in your calendar
Under the section "Client links" in the sidebar, click the text "Video session". This will copy the link to your clipboard.
Copy the link into a secure message, email or SMS and share it with the other participants.
2) Add multiple contacts to a client
This option is recommended if multiple people should receive the invite for all appointments with the client.
Locate the client in your client list and navigate to the "Profile" tab.
At the bottom of this page, you'll find a section for Contacts. Add a new contact and make sure to select the box "Should receive notifications". Add as many contacts as needed.
From now on, these contacts will all receive the booking confirmation and reminder messages automatically – including the link to join video calls.
Remember to remove the contact if they should not continue to receive these notifications at a later time.
