The Konfidens video call feature allows for up to 4 simultaneous participants (including the host). By default, when creating a video call appointment, only the client will receive an invite.
In this guide, we'll go through several different ways to invite multiple guests to a video call.
Adding multiple clients to an appointment
You can create a group appointment by adding multiple clients when creating or editing an appointment in your diary. Simply click the + Add participant button below the client dropdown to add more clients.
Inviting someone else than the client to a video call
Sometimes you need to invite someone that's not a client to join a call.
Navigate to the clients profile page and find the appointments in the Appointments tab.
Click the three horisontal dots and select Share video link
Click the recipient dropdown that opens and choose either one of the existing contacts or select "Other recipient".
Manually share the call link with other participants
If just need the call URL to share with someone outside of the platform, you can copy the guest video link from the appointment details in the calendar under the section "Client link".
Adding multiple notification recipients to a client
This option is recommended if multiple people should receive the invite for all appointments with this client.
Locate the client in your client list and navigate to the "Profile" tab.
At the bottom of this page, you'll find a section for Contacts. Add a new contact and make sure to select the box "Should receive notifications". Add as many contacts as needed.
From now on, these contacts will all receive the booking confirmation and reminder messages automatically – including the link to join video calls.
Remember to remove the contact if they should not continue to receive these notifications at a later time.
