The Notification history page shows all messages sent to a client and whether they were successfully delivered.
How to open the notification history
You will see a list of all messages sent to the client together with their delivery status.
Selecting a message opens a detailed view showing the full message content and technical delivery information.
If a message is not delivered
If a message shows the status Not delivered, the most common cause is incorrect contact information.
Check the following:
The email address is spelled correctly
The phone number is correct
The phone number includes the country code (for example 07413350716)
Incorrect formatting or missing country code will typically prevent SMS delivery.
