Most people are only a member of 1 clinic. This article is for users who are a part of multiple clinics or wish to create a new clinic.
Creating a second clinic
To create a new clinic, log into your existing clinic. Afterwards, visit this link.
Switch between clinics
When you log in, you'll see the name of your clinic in the top left corner. If you're a member of multiple clinics, you can click the icon to switch between them.
Availability and online booking
Your online booking settings are separately in your two clinics. So you may be available to new clients in clinic 1, while only available to existing clients in clinic 2.
You can safely have overlapping or equal working hours at both of your clinics. If you receive a booking in your first clinic, you will also be set as busy in the second clinic for the period of that booking.
Transferring clients between clinics
To transfer a client from one clinic to another, you must be a member of both clinics.
Find the client in the list and select "Transfer to a different clinic" from the dropdown menu, as shown below.
Frequently asked questions
Why do my clients disappear when I change clinics?
The clients are associated with a clinic. If you change clinics via the menu button, the client will no longer be displayed.
Do I have to pay extra if I join two clinics?
Each clinic has its own subscription. If you only use one clinic, simply choose a "Free" subscription for the clinic you do not use, and switch clinics using the button at the top left.
If you want a paid subscription for several clinics, you must pay once per clinic.
