If multiple practitioners are working with the same client and wish to share notes with each other, follow these steps:

1. Locate the client in the client list, click the three dots (…), and select “Share Access.”

Sharing a client with multiple therapists in the Konfidens practice management system

2. Choose the colleague you want to share the client with and click “Save”.

Your colleague now has access to the client’s information.

Colleague’s Permissions on the Shared Client

  • Your colleague will have the following capabilities:

    • Update the client’s personal information.

    • Add their own journal entries and files.

    • Schedule appointments between themselves and the client.

    • View your journal entries and files for the client.

    • See your bookings with the client.

  • Your colleague will not be able to:

    • Share the client with others.

    • Edit your journal entries or files for the client.

    • Book appointments with the client in your calendar (unless they are a clinic administrator).

Transferring Treatment Responsibility to a Colleague

If you want to transfer treatment responsibility and control of sharing to a colleague, click the three dots (…) and then select “Transfer Ownership,” as shown below.
