This article is for practitioners and administrators who want to see or hide canceled appointments from the calendar.
View canceled appointments
If you want to see canceled appointments, select the menu and then Show canceled appointments. Canceled appointments will appear slightly faded, with a line through the title.
Hide canceled appointments
If you want to hide canceled appointments, select the menu and then Hide canceled appointments.
See all appointments for a client
If you want an overview of all appointments for a specific client, we recommend going to the client and then selecting Bookings. This page shows all appointments the client has had, including those that are canceled.
See all appointments over a period
If you want to see all appointments across clients, you can go to Reports > All bookings. Here you will find all appointments, and you can also filter to see only canceled.
