You need to be an administrator at a clinic to be able to manage services.
Services encompass all treatment-related offerings that the clinic provides. Services are created and managed by users with admin privileges, but each individual practitioner can choose which services they offer.
If a practitioner wishes to offer a service that hasn't been added by the clinic, an administrator must add it for them.
Here are the steps to manage services:
1. Go to Clinic in the side menu.
2. Select Services.
3. Click on + New Service and fill in the fields.
The information you provide for a service will become the default settings. Duration, pricing, and communication settings can be overridden for each individual appointment as needed.
Video Call
If you want the service to be conducted over video, check the appropriate box in the section for video calls.
Making changes to a service
To modify a service, go to the list of services and click on the service you want to edit. Click Save when you are finished making changes.
Please note that the changes apply to all practitioners at the clinic.
Archiving and Reactivating Services
You can archive services if they are no longer available for the clinic. To do this, go to the list of services, click on the three dots to the right of the service you want to archive, and select Archive service. The process is the same for reactivating the service at a later time.
