This article is for therapists who have a client they wish to archive or delete.
How do I archive a client?
Click the three dots next to a client name to select Archive Client.
To view archived clients, click the text at the bottom of the list, Show archived.
How do I reactivate a previously archived client?
To reactivate a previously archived client, click the three dots again, and select Reactivate client.
How do I delete a client?
Deleting a client permanently is not supported at the moment. If there are compelling reasons to delete a client permanently, contact support.
