Konfidens allows therapists to reserve online booking for already enrolled clients. When turned on, the client will be asked to verify their phone number during online booking and will only be allowed to book if their phone number is recognised in the therapists client list.
This setting can be combined with our waiting list feature, which allows new clients to join a waiting list, while existing clients can sign in and book an appointment.
For therapists
Navigate to Settings → Self-service booking
Under Who can book appointments with you, select Existing clients only
For admins
As an admin you can change this setting for the users in the practice.
Navigate to Clinic → Coworkers
Click the three dots next to the user and click Visibility
Select Existing clients only and click Save.
