We are currently working on supporting imports from the most commonly used systems. For practices and clinics of a certain size, we try to be helpful with doing custom import.
To be able to import data to Konfidens, you will need the data in a machine readable and structured file, such as a CSV.
Here's the process
Before you begin, you need a Konfidens account. If you don't have one already, you can sign up from our website here.
Download the data export from your current system.
Log in to Konfidens. Then, in the same browser window, navigate to this URL: https://app.konfidens.uk/settings/import/
If you don't recognise any of the available systems in the list, click "Other".
Upload your file and click Next.
Please not that when importing data from a provider not listed as an option, it may take us a week or two before everything is ready. Reach out to us on [email protected] if you have any questions!
