Many therapists work with several practices, clinics and charities spread across multiple locations. Konfidens' location feature makes this a breeze!
Create locations
Navigate to Clinic → General.
At the bottom of this page you'll see a section for "Locations". To add a new location click the green + New location button.
If you use Konfidens' secure video calls you do not have to create a separate location for online sessions.
Assign location to services
When creating or editing a service, you can now select one of the locations you've created as the location. Go to Clinic → Services and create a new service or edit an existing one. Scroll down to the section titled "Location".
If you have the same services as multiple locations, you need to create a separate service for each.
Clean up your services list
To get a more neatly organised list of services, you can click the three vertical dots on the top right of the services page and select Reorder services.
Set your availability at different locations
Now you're all set to set up your availability!
Go to Settings → Working hours
Create a time slot and select which services should be available. You can select multiple services.
If you need to make one-time exemptions from your normal working hours, or if you only occasionally want to make time slots available, you can do this by creating a date override. At the bottom of the page, click the + New override button.
