Choose what information to collect during online booking

To streamline the intake of new clients, you can choose what information to collect during online booking.

πŸ’‘ The feature is dynamic and only shows the fields with data missing. This means you can enable many fields – without the client having to fill in the same information every time they book an appointment.

Manage Collection of Client Information

You must be an administrator to change these settings.

  1. Go to Clinic β†’ Client Information

  2. Choose whether the information in the table should be off, optional, or required.

This is what it looks like during online booking

After selecting a provider, service, and time, the client comes to a step for personal information where fields that are missing data are displayed. If there is data in all fields marked as mandatory, the system automatically skips this step in the booking process.

Overview of Missing Information

Clients who are missing information that is marked as mandatory will be flagged in the client list with a missing information tag.
