Why and how to set up client forwarding

You can set up Konfidens to forward your clients back to your website after they have completed a booking on the self-service booking platform. This could be useful if you have user behaviour tracking on your own website, if you would like to redirect your users to a form you want filled out, or if you would like to give some general message to clients who book.

Keep in mind that setting up forwarding will replace the booking confirmation page that usually is shown to clients, so you should make sure that page they end up on tells them that everything went fine. There is also useful into displayed on our confirmation page, so we don't recommend using this feature unless you have something specific you want from it. They do however get the confirmation information on email and / or SMS, so no information is lost.

How to set up forwarding after booking

  1. Click on Clinic in the sidebar and then Self-service booking.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Show advanced settings.

  3. Enter your forwarding link.

UTM parameter forwarding

If you use UTM-parameters for tracking links on your website we will forward those parameters through our booking flow, and ensure that they are present when redirecting the user back to your website.
