Online booking for solo practitioners
If you are the sole practitioner in your practice, you should make a small adjustment to your online booking setup so the experience is as streamlined as possible for clients.
Instead of starting the booking flow by asking the client to choose a practitioner, you can begin with you pre-selected as the practitioner. When there is only one clinician available, this removes unnecessary steps.
How to set it up
Go to Clinic → Self-service booking
Open the dropdown menu in the grey box at the top of the page and scroll to the bottom of the list.
Select your name and click Copy link.
Point the booking button on your website to the address you copied in step 3.
